LYNDEN INC MARKETING INTERNSHIP
During the summer of 2019 I worked at Lynden Incorporated as their marketing intern. I learned an incredible amount about corporate marketing and myself. Working at Lynden was an amazing opportunity and I would highly recommend this internship to other marketing students. Much of the work I did was part of larger projects that I do not have the authority to share details of. I have instead listed elements of projects that I have been working on. OVERVIEW

During my internship I was involved in several marketing projects. I helped research and redesign Lynden's sales team training. I built a map for their truck drivers career search page. I helped with data entry for their hundreds of locations. I worked on brand listening and SEO optimization. I edited their company calendar and history book. I also had the opportunity to work on managing and maintaining their branch profiles on Google and Bing maps. My internship included a variety of marketing and administrative tasks that allowed learn new skills and grow in my career.

ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION
Lynden Inc is the parent of several transportation companies including Lynden Logistics, Lynden Transport, Lynden International, LTI Inc, Alaska Marine Lines, Alaska West Express, Aloha Marine Lines, Brown Line, Milky Way, Lynden Air Cargo and Lynden Canada.

Researched, wrote, and formated new training guides and challenges for the Lynden sales team. Worked with the marketing project manager, marketing director and multiple sales employees to complete training challenges.
